Privacy policy

Short version: we do not collect what you type into our tools, we do not use tracking cookies or analytics, and there are no accounts.

Our tools run on your device

The reminder tool, the return window helper and the letter writer work entirely in your web browser. What you type is not sent to Mills Media or anyone else.

The reminder tool saves your list in your browser's local storage so you can see it next time. It stays on that device and browser only. You can erase it any time with the "Erase my list" button or by clearing your browser data.

Calendar files

When you download a calendar (.ics) file, it is created on your device. If you import it into a calendar service such as Google, Apple or Microsoft, that company's privacy policy applies to your calendar.

Server logs

Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use these logs to identify you.

Links to other sites

Guides link to official company help pages. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

Children

This site is meant for adults managing their own accounts and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date.
