How to cancel Peloton membership
Cancel at onepeloton.com/mymembership: Manage, then Pause or cancel. Access lasts to the end of the billing period.

Steps
- Go to account.onepeloton.com/mymembership and log in.
- Find your membership under Memberships and click Manage.
- Click Pause or cancel and choose to cancel.
- Keep the confirmation.
Refunds, timing and things to know
- You keep access to Peloton content through the end of your current billing period. After that the All-Access Membership cancels instead of renewing.
- You can pause an All-Access Membership for 1, 2 or 3 months instead.
- Billed by mistake? Peloton says to tell Member Support within 60 days of the billing date. It will not issue refunds or credits after that, except where the law requires.
Save proof. Take a screenshot of the confirmation screen and keep the confirmation email. If you are charged again after canceling, our billing error letter can help.
