How to cancel Canva Pro

Cancel in Settings, Billing. You keep paid features until the end of the billing period.

Steps

1. Log in to the Canva account (or team) that has the plan.
2. On the homepage, select your account profile to open the menu.
3. Select Settings, then Billing.
4. On your plan, select Cancel plan.
5. Select Continue cancellation, choose a reason, and select Continue cancellation again.
6. Select Cancel subscription. Canva sends a confirmation email.

Refunds, timing and things to know

• You keep paid features until the end of the current billing period, then the account moves to Canva Free. Your designs stay.
• Canva lets you pause Pro, Teams or Business for up to 3 months instead.
• Still being charged? You may have a second Canva account. Search your email for Canva billing emails.
• Canceling Canva Teams is permanent; you cannot resubscribe to Teams later.

If someone else bills you

• Subscribed through Google Play or the App Store? Cancel there. Uninstalling the app does not cancel.
