How to cancel Costco membership
Costco will cancel and refund your membership fee at any time if you are not satisfied. Go to a membership counter or call.

- The Primary Member should do this.
- Go to the membership counter at any Costco warehouse and ask to cancel. Costco says you get an immediate refund there.
- Or call Costco Member Services at 1-800-774-2678 and speak to a live agent.
- Ask for a receipt or confirmation of the refund.
