How to cancel DoorDash DashPass

Cancel under Manage DashPass in the app or on doordash.com, at least 24 hours before your next payment.

Steps

  1. Open the DoorDash app or doordash.com.
  2. Tap the account icon.
  3. Go to Manage DashPass.
  4. Tap Cancel Membership.
  5. Choose a reason and tap Select reason.
  6. Tap Cancel DashPass, then Got it.

Refunds, timing and things to know

  • Cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled payment to avoid the next charge.
  • After canceling, DashPass benefits last through the end of the current billing period. If you cancel during a free period, benefits end right away.
  • You will get an email confirming the cancellation.
  • You can pause instead from the same Manage DashPass page.

Save proof. Take a screenshot of the confirmation screen and keep the confirmation email. If you are charged again after canceling, our billing error letter can help.
