How to cancel Walmart+

Cancel on walmart.com under Walmart+, Manage membership. You can also ask for a reminder email 3 days before renewal.

Steps

  1. Go to your walmart.com account.
  2. Select Walmart+.
  3. Select Manage membership.
  4. Select Manage beside Walmart+ plan.
  5. Select Cancel beside Cancel membership.
  6. Select Confirm cancellation.

Refunds, timing and things to know

  • Not ready to cancel? Walmart offers a Remind Me Later email three days before your renewal date.
  • You can pause Walmart+ for one month at a time, up to three times a year (not for trials).
  • Changed your mind before the end of the billing cycle? Select Reactivate membership.

Save proof. Take a screenshot of the confirmation screen and keep the confirmation email. If you are charged again after canceling, our billing error letter can help.
