How to cancel Paramount+

If you signed up on the web, a smart TV or a game console, cancel at paramountplus.com under Account.

Steps

1. Go to paramountplus.com and click your username in the upper right corner.
2. Click Account.
3. Scroll down and click Cancel subscription.

Refunds, timing and things to know

• These steps cover sign-ups on the web, smart TVs (LG, Vizio, Samsung) and game consoles (Xbox, PS4, PS5).
• Can't log in? Paramount+ says to open its Help Center, click the chat bubble, and type "Agent".

If someone else bills you

• iPhone or iPad: Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Paramount+ > Cancel Subscription > Confirm.
• Android phone, tablet or TV (Google Play): on a phone or computer go to g.co/play/subscriptions, select Paramount+, then Cancel subscription.
• Fire TV: go to amazon.com/appstoresubscriptions, choose Actions next to Paramount+, then Cancel your subscription.
• Roku: highlight the Paramount+ channel, press the * button, choose Manage Subscription, then Cancel Subscription.
• Prime Video Channels: Account & Settings > Your subscriptions > find Paramount+ > Unsubscribe.
