How to cancel Peacock

Log in and choose Cancel All Subscriptions. Peacock says it does not give refunds or credits unless required by law.

Steps

1. Log in to your Peacock account on the web.
2. Select Cancel All Subscriptions. This cancels your base plan and any add-ons.
3. Follow the steps. You should see an on-screen confirmation and get a confirmation email (it can take a few hours).

Refunds, timing and things to know

• Your plan will not renew at the end of its current term.
• Peacock says no refunds or credits are issued for prior payments when you cancel or downgrade Premium or Premium Plus, unless required by law.
• To drop only an add-on, choose it on the Subscriptions tab and select Remove Add-On.
• Not sure who bills you? Check the Payment Method section under the Subscriptions tab.

If someone else bills you

• No Cancel All Subscriptions option? You probably pay through a third party such as Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon, or a cable or phone company. Peacock cannot cancel those; contact that company.
• If you cannot log in, Peacock offers cancellation by chat from its help page.
